Cancellation Policy
We ask that you confirm your appointment through our website 2 days before your scheduled appointment. UNCONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED.
If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours, fees
may apply and deposits are NOT refunded. Giving us the notice allows us to fit in other clients on our waitlist and keep our books busy. CONTACT THE SALON TO CANCEL or CANCEL THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. DO NOT EMAIL.
If we did NOT require a deposit, and you cancel within the 48 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 40% of the cost of your appointment. Cancellation fee might be required the day of the missed appointment or will be added onto your next scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to automatically charge a cancellation fee to the card on file for that missed appointment.
$100 DEPOSITS may be required for new guests or services 2.5 hours or longer. A deposit must be paid to hold the appointment. All deposits go to the cost of the service and are NONREFUNDABLE.
NO CALL NO SHOWS
If you do a no call no show, you will be either banned from booking with us or will be required to pay for the full amount of the missed appointment before rebooking.
TOO MANY LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
If we see a pattern with your last minute cancellations, we will not only charge a cancellation fee, but we will always require a deposit for ALL future appointments.
LATENESS
We totally understand that things happen and you may be running behind. We ask for you to be courteous of our time and be no more than 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit a service in order for us to stay on time, or your appointment may be rescheduled. If in the case your appointment is cancelled due to lateness, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
